IMMUNE SYSTEM BOOSTING SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
600ml of almond milk
1 banana
1 kiwi Fruit
1 tsp of cinnamon
1tsp of flaxseeds and chia seeds
Handful of berries - blueberries, strawberries, goji berries
Small glass of pomegranate juice1 scoop of protein powder ( optional) @rn_labs
2tsp of camu camu powder
Sprinkle of cacao nibs
Method
Place everything into a high-speed blend
Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth
Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs
The remaining of the smoothie can be kept in the fridge and enjoyed for up to one day.
