IMMUNE SYSTEM BOOSTING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 600ml of almond milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1 kiwi Fruit

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1tsp of flaxseeds and chia seeds

  • Handful of berries - blueberries, strawberries, goji berries

  • Small glass of pomegranate juice1 scoop of protein powder ( optional) @rn_labs

  • 2tsp of camu camu powder

  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs

Method

  1. Place everything into a high-speed blend

  2. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth

  3. Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs

The remaining of the smoothie can be kept in the fridge and enjoyed for up to one day.
