Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At WholeHealth Chiropractic, your appointment time is reserved just for you and we genuinely look forward to caring for you.

We know life happens. Kids get sick, meetings run over, traffic surprises you. We completely understand. All we ask is a little notice where possible so we can keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) and cancellations on the booking day will incur a full charge

Providing notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Arriving On Time

We do our best to stay on schedule so that every patient receives the time and attention they deserve.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to go ahead with your appointment, and it will be treated as a late cancellation (with a full charge applied).

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as you can.
