RIB PAIN

Rib pain can be uncomfortable, restrictive and sometimes worrying especially when it affects breathing, twisting or even sitting for long periods of time.

Rib pain can develop slowly. Since the ribs move every time you breathe, small restrictions can feel quite uncomfortable especially as many nerves run through this area.
